In the aftermath of the Japanese attacks on Pearl Harbor, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt s immediate response was to appear before a joint session of Congress to ask for a declaration of war. Despite the fact that an attack on US soil had killed and wounded thousands of Americans, despite the clear threat of additional attacks, Roosevelt honored the separation of powers as defined by the Constitution, along with the clear requirement that 'the Congress shall have power?to declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water.' No president since Roosevelt has respected the Constitution sufficiently to seek a formal declaration of war...

Here Washington goes again, talking about blowing up homes, military buildings and people in faraway lands. Of course, the reason presented to the US populace for this bluster before the crime is based on a morality that considers a military response to have some kind of moral foundation. Yet, even if we believe the president s rationale of a chemical attack, the accusations against the Assad government in this case remain flimsy and impossible to prove...

Now I know that soldiers have always been expected, perhaps rightfully so, to sacrifice their own individual identities to that of the group in order to maintain proper discipline and a cohesive fighting force that will follow orders without question, however, they certainly should never be expected to surrender their individual conscience, constitutional rights, nor forget that the purpose of their military service is to protect, preserve and uphold the liberty of all Americans. This military training manual is a perfect example how the American parasite political class regards its soldiers. They are nothing more than dispensable, disposable cannon fodder to be wasted at the whim of their statist rulers...
