Recent US-led airstrike killed Afghan civilians: Fact-finding mission

The fact-finding mission set up by President Hamed Karzai announced on Wednesday that seven women and a child were killed in the airstrike that was conducted in Alingar district on September 16. Nineteen other women and children were also injured in the attack, the mission said.
