GAO Report on Guantanamo Does Not Touch Indefinite Detention, Civil Liberties Offenses

Yana Kunichoff, Truthout: A report from the United States Government Accountability Office (GAO) finds it possible to close Guantanamo and move the detainees to the US, but the report doesn t address the transparency or human rights issues that have plagued the facility since it was first built.
