Ich bin als Rechtsanwalt vorwiegend mit sozialrechtlichen Mandaten im Bereich der Grundsicherung (Leistungen nach dem SGB II - 'Hartz IV') befasst und trete auch am Sozialgericht Ko. (Rheinland-Pfalz) auf. Jobcenter wollte zur Psychotherapie zwingen

Das Jobcenter Schleswig-Flensburg versuchte einen Empfänger von Leistungen nach dem SGB II (Hartz IV) per Eingliederungsbescheid unter Sanktionsdrohung dazu zu zwingen, sich psychiatrisch behandeln zu lassen. Dass dies Grundrechte verletzt, meint auch das Sozialgericht Schleswig. Gestern traf hier vorab per Fax die Entscheidung im Eilverfahren gegen den Eingliederungsbescheid ein.
