Hartz IV ist ein schlechtes Gesetz

Die Vorsitzende der LINKEN, Katja Kipping, erklärt zum heutigen Urteil des Bundessozialgerichts:

Es ist ein Skandal, dass Eltern im Hartz-IV-Bezug bei der höchsten Sozialgerichtsbarkeit klagen müssen, um ein größeres Bett für größer werdende Kinder vom Jobcenter genehmigt zu bekommen. Das Urteil zeigt einmal mehr, dass Hartz IV ein schlechtes Gesetz ist. Die Schikane und völlige Ignoranz sogar gegenüber den normalsten Bedürfnissen von Eltern und deren Kindern müssen enden. Wir brauchen eine Rechtsstaatsgarantie für die Jobcenter. Im Zweifelsfall muss zugunsten der Betroffenen entschieden werden.
