Bei nationalen Entscheidungen gebe es für Wähler immer die Ankoppelung an ihre Abgeordneten, sagte Gerichtspräsident Andreas Voßkuhle in der mündlichen Verhandlung über den Kurs der Europäischen Zentralbank (EZB) in der Euro-Krise.
