Klomann oder Hartz IV Sanktionen

Kammer beim Sozialgericht Magdeburg im Verhandlungstermin klären. Zu entscheiden war im Eilverfahren, ob Sanktionen und Leistungskürzungen um jeweils 30 % für einen aufstockenden Kleinunternehmer und seine mitarbeitende Ehefrau rechtmäßig waren. Drei Tage vor dem Gerichtstermin toppt das Jobcenter seine Schikanen noch mit zusätzlicher 60 %-Leistungskürzung. Dabei ging es um die Weigerung, sich als Klomann auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt dem Gespött in einer 20.000-Seelen-Gemeinde auszusetzen und obendrein die Abkehr der Kunden von seinem Dienstleistungsunternehmen zu riskieren...
