Erwerbslose, Gewerkschaften und Wohlfahrtsverbände des ''Bündnisses für ein menschenwürdiges Existenzminimum'' fordern neben existenzsichernden gesetzlichen Mindestlöhnen bedeutend höhere Grundsicherungsleistungen und die Abschaffung der Sanktionen. Dazu erklärt die Vorsitzende der Partei DIE LINKE, Katja Kipping:

Das Recht auf Existenzsicherung und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe ist ein Grundrecht. Wer mit Hartz IV dieses Grundrecht verletzt, gefährdet die Demokratie und hebelt das Grundgesetz aus. Wer den Menschen die Entscheidungsfreiheit über ihre Arbeits- und Lebenszeit verwehrt, behindert selbstbestimmtes Leben. Mit seinen Forderungen unterstützt das ''Bündnis für ein menschenwürdiges Existenzminimum'' die Kämpfe für soziale Grundrechte und Selbstbestimmungsmöglichkeiten der Menschen. Die gesellschaftlichen Debatte darüber ist wieder eröffnet. Die Hartz-Koalition steht unter Druck.

Aus dem Text: ''? Ein Blick in die Krisenländer zeigt: Reformen, die wie in Spanien und in Griechenland trotz heftiger Proteste umgesetzt wurden, liberalisieren den Arbeitsmarkt. Das schafft keine neuen Jobs, sondern erleichtert Entlassungen. In Spanien wurden nun mal wieder spezielle Arbeitsverträge für junge Menschen eingeführt. Diese genießen noch weniger Kündigungsschutz, und die Löhne sind meist so niedrig, dass ein eigenständiges Leben nicht möglich ist. Spanien habe seine Hausaufgaben gemacht, loben Brüssel und Berlin diese Politik??

''Statt die Großindustrie weiter zu entlasten soll die Bundesregierung endlich dafür sorgen, dass die Strompreise für private Stromkunden und kleine Unternehmen sinken. DIE LINKE fordert, die Strompreise einzufrieren bis die Bundesregierung endlich ein sozial ausgeglichenes Konzept für die ökologische Energiewende vorlegt'', erklärt die stellvertretende Parteivorsitzende der LINKEN, Caren Lay (MdB), anlässlich der Meldung des Handelsblatts, wonach Bundeswirtschaftsminister Rösler weitere 350 Millionen Euro jährlich für Ausgleichszahlungen an die energieintensive Industrie einplane. Lay weiter:

Rösler begründet die neuerlichen Privilegien für die Großindustrie mit dem Totschlagargument des Erhalts von Arbeitsplätzen. Wo war der Wirtschaftsminister, als durch die planlose Energiepolitik der Bundesregierung Solarunternehmen reihenweise in die Insolvenz getrieben wurden und die Beschäftigten auf der Straße standen? Der Wirtschaftsminister sollte sich dringend Gedanken machen, wie viele Arbeitsplätze bedroht sind durch die sinkende Kaufkraft. Denn die stetig wachsenden Kosten für Strom, Wärme und Benzin schlagen immer größere Löcher in die Budgets privater Haushalte und kleinerer Unternehmen. Auch dort sind deshalb Arbeitsplätze gefährdet. Die Klientelpolitik der Bundesregierung zu Gunsten der Industrie-Lobby ist unerträglich. Die Umverteilung zugunsten der Industrie schlugen im Bundeshaushalt 2012 mit 6,5 Milliarden Euro zu Buche. Weitere 2,6 Milliarden Euro bezahlen die Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher über die Strompreise für die Großindustrie mit. Zusätzliche Kosten über mehrere Hundert Millionen Euro kommen 2013 durch die neu beschlossene Haftungsregelung des Off-Shore-Ausbaus und die Entschädigung für erzwungene Kraftwerksbetreibung auf die Stromkunden zu. Diese Politik auf dem Rücken der Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher ist kalt und unsozial. Sie gefährdet die Akzeptanz der Energiewende. Es reicht! DIE LINKE fordert ein Strompreismoratorium bis die Regierung einen Fahrplan für eine sozial ausgeglichene Energiewende vorlegt.
