In recent weeks alone, consider the temporarily thwarted efforts to censor and control the Internet (SOPA in the House, and PIPA in the Senate) as well. Think about the President s undermining of National Security, the abrogation of the unalienable rights of Americans to freedom of speech, and his unconstitutional end-run around the Senate when he signed on to a global Internet treaty (colloquially known as ACTA). Meanwhile, both Congress and the President are guilty in the passage and signing of the NDAA (the President s signing statement is a sop to critics at best)...
