Das Sozialgericht Duisburg (SG) hat in seinem Urteil (AZ: S 6 AS 3419/10) scharfe Kritik an der Praxis des Essener Jobcenters geübt, die Betroffenen nur aufgrund der Grundmiete (Netto-Kaltmiete) zu Umzügen zu zwingen. Im zu entscheidenden Fall hatten die Kläger eine Wohnung deren Grundmiete monatlich 44 Euro über der Angemessenheitsgrenze lag.
