Hartz IV Bezieher im als Ersatz-Zivildienstleistende? CDU Sozialexperten lassen Arbeitsdienst im Pflegebereich prüfen

Wenn immer eine Lücke entsteht, sollen Hartz IV Bezieher als kostenlose Reserve herhalten. Wie nun bekannt wurde, lassen CDU Politiker prüfen, ob Bezieher des Arbeitslosengeldes II (Hartz IV) zu 'gemeinnützigen Tätigkeiten' herangezogen werden können. Denn durch die Aussetzung der Wehrwehrpflicht zum ersten Juni 2011 fällt auch der Zivildienst weg. Ginge es nach dem Willen der Unionspolitiker, sollen Hartz IV Bezieher zum Arbeitsdienst herangezogen werden, natürlich unentgeltlich. Hartz IV: Aus für 1-Euro-Jobs und Bürgerarbeit?

Nach einem Urteil des Bundessozialgerichts (BSG) in Kassel haben ALG II - Empfänger (Hartz IV), die als 1-Euro-Jobber zum Beispiel mit Aufsammeln von Müll und Unrat im Stadtgebiet, Park oder Wald beschäftigt werden, einen Anspruch auf tarifliche Entlohnung gegenüber dem JobCenter. Nach dem Urteil des BSG muss die Behörde nachweisen, dass die Arbeit 'zusätzlich' ist. Die oben aufgeführten Arbeiten zählen nach dem Urteil des BSG nicht hierzu, sondern sind originäre Aufgaben der Gemeinde. Rechtswidriger Anstieg der Hartz IV Sanktionen

In großen Lettern prangte es gestern in der Bild-Zeitung: 'Immer mehr Santionen gegen Hartz IV Empfänger'. Allein im letzten Jahr wurden rund 830.000 Sanktionen mit Leistungskürzungen gegen Bezieher des Arbeitslosengeld II verhängt. Nach Angaben der Bundesagentur für Arbeit sei dies eine Zunahme von ca. 14 Prozent im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum 2009. 'Ein neuer Rekord', sagt die Bundesagentur für Arbeit. Weiter lesen:

Chaos auch bei den Bildungsgutscheinen

Während auf der einen Seite die betroffenen Eltern kritisiert werden, weil diese die Leistungen des Hartz IV Bildungspaketes nur in geringer Zahl beantragen, treffen auf der anderen Seite die Eltern, die dies bisher bereits getan haben, oftmals auf schlecht vorbereitete Mitarbeiter in den Jobcentern. So verschickte etwa das Jobcenter in Alzey noch am 12 April einen Brief als Antwort auf eine Beantragung der rückwirkenden Leistungen des Bildungspakets mit folgendem Wortlaut... Weiter lesen:
