please view Session 10 for Public Commentary,where TIs address the Commission and get a chance to express indignation at the atrocities being committed in the name of 'science'. Note that Dr. John Hall speaks to the Commission regarding 'Informed Consent', that research subjects are not given any choice nor are they informed they are being studied. There are no stringent requirements for Independent Review Boards, to establish clear protocols for research guidelines. He mentions 'Common Law', which allows enough loopholes for researchers and scientists to manipulate and violate human beings - especially in regard to the TI community.
