Cell Tower Siting Procedures

Industry Canada invited public comment on their tower siting procedures. The comment period announced via Canada Gazette was the month of March.

Having had local experience with the Client Procedures (CPC-2-0-03), I prepared a submission which I sent to Industry Canada on March 31, 2014, the deadline for submissions.

Attached is a copy. It includes 22 recommendations with rationale.

I did not include comments on Health Canada s Safety Code 6 as I was certain that Industry Canada would refer those comments to Health Canada.

Their attempt to instill public confidence in Safety Code 6 by using false and carefully worded claims was again repeated on their newly released 60 day public consultation web page posted on May 16th, 2014.
