Draft WHO global disability action plan 2014?2021

Hopefully this will turn out to be very good news for the functional impairments EHS, MCS, etc. However, if I would have written the action plan I would have called it *Complete accessability for all people with disabilities*, with it a good health will come as sure as amen in the church.
