Thirty million homes and small businesses will have smart meters by 2019 enabling all consumers and their families and neighbours, to be radiated with a class 2b´ 24 hours a day.
Just how stupid can governments be? They should know that smart meters are causing serious harm to people around the world. This must be a classic example of Government irresponsibility!
