In order to measure the level of maximum exposure of users to electromagnetic fields emitted by radio terminals (including mobile phones), the decree makes it mandatory to display the value of specific absorption rate (SAR) on all radio terminals points of sale to the public under conditions set by decree (starting in April 2011).
