We propose the mobile phone OFF day in the Vernal and Autumnal Equinox, the summer and the winter solstice. We think there are many people who occurred EHS already, but they did not notice currently. When people off their mobile, some of them may be feel comfortableness or calmness. We want to spread the comfortableness of mobile OFF.
