Der Bund plane, *das Reizthema näher an die wissenschaftliche Sachlichkeit heranzuführen und die Belastung der Bevölkerung zum Elektrosmog systematisch zu erfassen.* Der Dachverband Elektrosmog Schweiz und Liechtenstein hat auf Grund gemachter Erfahrungen Zweifel an der Objektivität eines solchen Monitorings, solange die betroffene Bevölkerung nicht miteinbezogen wird.
